Springwater

Springwater is an area with many beautiful homes located just outside of Barrie in Simcoe County. With a population of roughly 20,000 people, Springwater township has many wonderful communities such as Anton Mill, Midhurst, Miniseng and more. 

Surrounded by beautiful forestry, Springwater is a wonderful spot to leave for those looking for a simple, private lifestyle, without living too far from the amenities that larger cities like Barrie can offer.

I would not consider this area to traditionally be well suited for “starter homes” as the average home in the are typically lists for more than $500,000 and caters to more towards higher income upsizers.
